SuperLinkIn + Attio

Keep the conversation with the contact.

Save professional conversations as notes in Attio, alongside the person you’re talking to. No copying messages between tabs.

Requires the Chrome extension, SuperLinkIn access that includes CRM sync, and permission to connect your Attio workspace. View plans.

What gets saved

The person and the conversation.

Contact matching

SuperLinkIn looks for an existing person using their profile URL. You can also select an existing text attribute containing profile URLs or usernames for matching.

If no match is found, it creates a person record with the contact’s name and profile URL.

Conversation notes

Available message text is saved as a note with sender names and timestamps. The note also includes the contact’s profile link and headline when available.

When newer messages are synced, SuperLinkIn replaces the previously synced conversation note with an updated version.

You choose when to sync

Sync a conversation manually, or enable auto-sync for conversations you open after their messages load. Auto-sync can also be disabled for individual conversations. This is not an unattended, whole-inbox import.

Before you connect

A few useful details.

Does it sync my entire inbox in the background?

No. You sync conversations manually, or enable auto-sync for conversations you open. Only available messages are included; this is not a guarantee of a complete historical backfill.

Are group conversations supported?

No. The Attio integration currently supports one-to-one conversations only.

Does it create message counts or last-interaction fields?

No. Conversation text and timestamps are stored in notes. The integration does not populate separate message-count or last-interaction attributes.

What access does the integration need?

SuperLinkIn needs to read people attributes, find and create person records, and read, delete, and create conversation notes to replace previously synced notes. Review the authorization screen for the full requested permissions. See our privacy policy for data-handling details.

Where can I check compatibility and get help?

The product documentation explains browser and inbox compatibility. For help with setup, email hello@appstronauts.shop.
