Superhuman for LinkedIn is a browser extension that provides an enhanced interface for managing LinkedIn messages. The Service offers features such as keyboard shortcuts, labels, snooze, and CRM integrations to improve your LinkedIn messaging workflow.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must have a valid LinkedIn account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LinkedIn credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Superhuman for LinkedIn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as CRM platforms. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall Superhuman for LinkedIn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superhuman for LinkedIn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Superhuman for LinkedIn operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
